The paragraphs presented below describes the rules of using and processing the resources of this websites,
which is available under following domain: www.webzones.eu (hereinafter referred to as “Informant”,
“site www”, or “page www”).

It is an absolute lack of consent to the use of any data (including the contact details) of the owner of
informant, entirely or partially (in any form, ex. textual, graphical, etc.) – for marketing purposes, and
as well as any other non-related proposal to establish possible unilateral cooperation (so as to ensure the
confidentiality of information).
Informant – what is the role of this website.
Informant is merely a show, it presents only selected projects in the form of portfolio. In case of some
projects it also acts as a location indicator of external third party website service – where it is possible
to buy the license for a specific content.
Components of informant and their processing (copyright)
Everything what is a component of Informant mainly (but not only):
- individual graphic files (ex. logo, images, etc),
- individual script files (ex. JavaScript),
- individual source files (ex. html, css),
- other files (ex. documents),
- texts (ex. contents),
- cookies,
- layouts,
- other,
either in part or whole it may not be reproduced or distributed, or retransmitted, or used or fixed in any
form or by any means (mechanical, or electronic, or not yet discovered, or any other) by anyone or anything
(ex. AI – Artificial Intelligence) both for commercial and / or private. It is possible to only display the
Informant using any browser (from the original URL / domain of Informant) and view the content provided,
that after viewing up to 12 hours the user manually or automatically deletes all copies of the components of
Informant which have been used by the browser.
The viewing process can’t be longer than 11 hours per day.
There might be some single graphic elements like for ex. files with extensions *.png, or *.jpg located in
section called “Portfolio 3D” for which above-mentioned principles in part or in full do not apply, but then
they are regulated by individual rules/licenses which are directly bind to that files (the link to the
license will be located in the meta-data of the file to which license is applied).
All components and subcomponents of this website are protected by Polish and International copyright. The
rights to all material posted on the website are reserved to the owner of Informant, or authorized
companies.
Violation in any way and in any field of licensing and copyright by the user results in legal liability as
set out in particular in the provisions of the copyright and related rights, the law of unfair competition,
the provisions of the civil code, or the provisions of the press law.
